CMC provided design, engineering and construction services to Martin Brower for the 103,000 SF expansion of its St. Johns, MI distribution facility. Martin-Brower is the world’s largest distributor of products to the world’s largest restaurant company – McDonald’s.
The fast-tracked project included 35,000 SF of -10F Freezer, 21,000 SF of +35 Cooler, 33,000 SF of refrigerated docks, a 2-story dock office, and an expansion to the main office. The expansion included all new utilities for the facility and the installation of a new central ammonia refrigeration system with penthouse style evaporators and backup generator power for the full facility.
