CMC provided design, architecture, engineering, and construction services for Montebello Foods new 43,000 SF Foodservice distribution facility in Brooklyn, NY.

CMC constructed the 40′-0″ tall facility using precast concrete panels for the exterior walls. The building was constructed directly on the property lines of an urban corner lot so the concrete walls panels met building code fire rating requirements and provided durability and security.The first floor of the facility includes 7,000 SF of refrigerated and frozen storage space, dry storage, employee facilities, interior auto parking, and six (6) indoor loading docks. The 6,000 SF office area was constructed above the interior loading docks.
