Hoff’s Bakery, a Medford, MA business that produces gourmet desserts for the retail and food service industries, has awarded the design and construction of a new manufacturing facility to CMC Design-Build. The new facility will be approximately 90,000 square feet and include 10,000 square feet of -10F freezer storage that will be 40 feet tall. Construction will commence immediately with completion expected in late 2015.
