HP Hood selected CMC Design-Build to design, engineer and build multiple upgrades and an addition to their fluid facility at Oneida, NY. The project includes new silo pads, a new silo alcove, new battery charging area and a complete re-design of the site. Hood recently purchased properties adjacent to the plant to accommodate expanded trailer and employee parking. The site portion of the project includes demolition of existing facilities, extensive sound fencing, traffic signals, sampling station and landscaping. This project comes on the heels of a 50,000 SF addition to facility that CMC designed, engineered and built last year. This is CMC’s seventh project for Hood.
