The new greenfield facility will total 105,000 square foot and be located in Londonderry, NH. The building will feature 40,000 square feet of warehouse space, the majority of which will be refrigerated or frozen, an 18,000 square foot refrigerated dock, 8,000 square feet of USDA processing space, test kitchen and food presentation room, and corporate offices. The multi-temperature storage areas are designed for pallet racking with top of product at 32’-0”.
Construction is scheduled to commence immediately with completion in early 2020.
