CMC Design-Build provided architecture, engineering, and construction services for the expansion and renovation of Associated Grocers of Maine’s grocery distribution facility. This project included the construction of a 41,000 SF freezer and cooler expansion along with the renovation of the existing 37,000 SF refrigerated warehouse and dock. A new central ammonia system was installed to provide refrigeration for all new and existing areas.
