CMC Design-Build provided design, engineering and construction services for Blount Fine Foods’ new 60,000 square foot soup manufacturing facility. The project included the upgrade of all building utilities and the installation of a central ammonia refrigeration system, a steam generation and distribution system, steam kettles, tumble chillers, spiral freezer, and a wastewater treatment system. An office area was constructed for corporate office functions, employee facilities, and an R&D Test Kitchen.
