New Soup Manufacturing Facility
CMC Design-Build provided design, engineering and construction services for Blount Fine Foods’ new 60,000 SF soup manufacturing facility. The project included the upgrade of all building utilities and the installation of a central ammonia refrigeration system, a steam generation and distribution system, steam kettles, tumble chillers, spiral freezer, and a wastewater treatment system. An office area was constructed for corporate office functions, employee facilities, and an R&D Test Kitchen.
