Channel Fish Processing

CMC Design-Build provided design, engineering and construction services for Channel Fish’s new 30,000 square foot raw fish processing facility.

After an extensive site search in which CMC analyzed several raw land sites and existing buildings, Channel Fish selected an existing building that was formerly a meat processing facility.

The building required extensive demolition, effectively gutting the interior processing areas and offices. CMC designed the new fresh and frozen process areas within the existing building and constructed an expansion for a new storage cooler and refrigerated dock.
