CMC provided planning, design, and construction services for the renovation of a 21,000 SF Foodservice distribution facility for Cortland Produce in Freeville, NY.
The facility was previously used for Foodservice distribution but had been out of service for more than a year when Cortland Produce purchased it. CMC relocated and repaired existing walls, modified and repaired the refrigeration systems, and installed new racking systems to match Cortland Produces inventory profile.
