Prosciutto Processing Addition
CMC provided design, engineering, and construction services for 270,000 SF of prosciutto processing additions to Daniele’s existing facility in Burrillville, RI. The processing areas are supported by three 3 million BTU non condensing boilers. There are also fifteen split system Freon refrigeration systems for various coolers and freezers throughout the facilities.
