CMC provided design, engineering and construction services for a 72,000 SF addition and a 75,000 SF warehouse renovation.
The 72,000 SF addition and a 75,000 SF warehouse renovations were designed to accommodate Kettle Cuisine’s new corporate headquarters and manufacturing operation.
The project included the installation of an extensive steam distribution system to support new stock cooking systems and soup kettles. CMC also installed a 20’ tall spiral hydro chiller and a 115’ long immersion chiller to cool the packaged products. The design of the facility allows for the complete segregation of high care and low risk activities to maximize food safety.
