A 55,000 SF foodservice distribution facility.
CMC provided design, engineering and construction services for the 55,000 SF addition/renovation project. CMC also provided site search and evaluation services and material handling analysis for this project.
The project includes the construction of a 36,000 SF dry storage and freezer addition along with the conversion of existing dry storage into cooler space. The project required the construction of the new freezer and dry storage to be complete prior to the renovation of dry space to cooler commencing.
