CMC provided design, engineering and construction services to renovate an existing 30,000 square foot facility into a USDA lamb and veal processing plant for Boston Lamb & Veal, a division of Superior Packing Company.
The facility includes freezer and cooler storage, carcass receiving and hanging areas, cutting areas, re-pack areas and a state-of-the-art case ready processing area.
The renovation also required alterations and additions to the central engine room and electrical systems.
