Blueberry Processing Facility Expansion facility expansion including freezer, cooler and dry storage areas as well as office, employee welfare areas, and a Cash & Carry. Phase 1 included 85,000 SF of warehouse, 3,300 SF of Cash & Carry, and 12,200 SF of office for corporate headquarters. The site is master planned for 295,000 SF at full build out. The facility includes a central refrigeration system, vertical dock levelers, double-interlock fire protection system and a combination of single and double deep rack.
