CMC Design-Build designed and constructed a new 105,000 SF greenfield processing and distribution facility for Prime Source Foods located in Londonderry, NH. Currently serving more than 3,000 customers, PSF is one of the largest food and provisions distribution companies in New England.
The building features just under 40,000 SF of refrigerated warehouse space, an 18,000 SF refrigerated dock, 8,000 SF of USDA processing space, test kitchen and food presentation room, and corporate offices. The multi-temperature storage areas are designed for pallet racking with top of product at 32’-0”.
