CMC provided planning, design, and construction services for Ready Seafood’s new lobster processing, distribution and research facility in Saco, ME. The 50,000 square foot facility includes multi-temp loading docks, ready-to-eat processing areas, a blast freezer, storage freezers, and storage coolers. The office area includes corporate offices, employee facilities, and a test kitchen.
