Soup Manufacturing Facility Expansion 1

CMC Design-Build provided design, engineering and construction services for a 58,000 SF expansion to Blount Fine Foods’ soup manufacturing facility. The project required extensive planning and multi-phased construction activities to ensure that the existing operation would not be interrupted.

The project included the construction of new refrigerated shipping and receiving docks, expansion of the cooler and freezer storage areas, a 2-story packaging area, and the renovation of existing storage areas into new manufacturing space. The project also included the installation of a 100kW solar electric system on the roof.
